Intuitive Breathwork Therapy is also known as rebirthing, or holotropic breath work and is a very powerful healing technique. With guidance, one can achieve deep states of relaxation and meditation which allows healing of cellular memory stored in the subconscious mind.
This breathing induces relaxation and any tension or stress stored in the emotional mind can come to the surface during deep relaxation and can be released. Also only in deep relaxation the body rejuvenates and restores itself and heals all the cellular memory that needs healing.

How to prepare:

Empty stomach condition is required. This means No food for 3 hours prior to the session (water is allowed).

Wear comfortable clothing. Bring water, blanket, pillow, a journal and a pen
